How does it work?


Explore the Four Phases of Your Transformative Journey

1. Awakening and Connection:

Start with a deep assessment to clarify your goals and awaken your path to transformation. Connect with the greater whole, strengthen your faith, and set a strong foundation for lasting change.

2. Self-Reflection and Transformation:

Look inward to uncover limiting beliefs and habits. Release what no longer serves you, and open space for growth as you align with your true self.

3. Healing Relationships:

Heal your connection with others—and yourself. Cultivate empathy, understanding, and tools to nurture meaningful, supportive relationships.

4. Daily Practice and Integration:

Bring your insights into daily life. Build simple, lasting practices that ground your transformation and keep you aligned with your spiritual journey.

When, Where & How Much

  • The program includes yoga and meditation practices, in-depth exploration of yoga philosophy, and insights into the science of epigenetics.

  • Each module typically starts at 11am and runs until 5pm, on Saturdays and Sundays

  • The program consists of 4 modules held on 4 weekends.

  • We are meeting at H202, Hohlstrasse 202, 8004 Zurich

  • Dates:
    October 25th/26th
    November 15th/16th
    January 10th/11th (2026)
    February 7th/8th (2026)

  • Option of booking and paying each module separately. The program costs CHF 40.- / hour
    (50% of for the first module)

The Instructor

Michel’s yoga journey began in 2009. From the very first session, he realized that yoga was exactly what he had been searching for.

What followed was an intense journey of self-discovery and transformation. His daily yoga and meditation practice became essential companions along the way.

Looking deep within and confronting oneself is no easy task. It’s a process that can easily be disrupted, especially without the right framework in place.

With Journey to Self, Michel has created the program he once wished had existed for his own transformation. Today, he uses it to help many people on their individual journeys and personal growth.

This program is perfect for you if:

Why are the sessions held on weekends?

You achieve the best results when you fully immerse yourself in the process. This is much easier to do on weekends than on evenings after work. Based on our experience, Sundays are when most participants can consistently dedicate their time.

Can I book individual modules, or do I need to book the entire program?

We recommend completing the entire program to gain the maximum benefit. However, it is possible to book individual modules. If you wish to do so, please contact me directly at [email protected].

What results can I expect from the program?

While individual results vary, you’ll gain practical tools that you can use in your daily life. You’ll develop a stronger connection to yourself and gain greater clarity for your personal growth.

Is it possible to participate in the modules online?

We place great value on positive group dynamics, which significantly support each participant's process. Based on our experience, this works much better in an in-person setting than in an online format. Therefore, we offer this course exclusively on-site.

Is the program suitable only for advanced practitioners, or can beginners join too?

It doesn’t matter where you are on your spiritual journey. At any stage of development, you’ll find valuable insights and tools that can support your growth.
